Davis Vassallo Biography
Davis Vassallo is a clown who has dedicated his life to continuing his family's circus tradition. From a young age, Vassallo knew his destiny lay in the circus ring , following in the footsteps of his grandfather and father, both also clowns. His story is a testament to passion, dedication, and the legacy of a craft passed down through generations.
Family heritage
Davis Vassallo's life was marked from the beginning by the world of the circus. He grew up surrounded by the wonders and challenges of this environment, with his grandfather and his father as role models. Since childhood, he was attracted to the art of clowning, dreaming of performing in the ring and entertaining the public like his idols Charlie Chaplin, Buster Keaton and Totò, the great Italian master of comedy.
Under his father's tutelage, Vassallo learned the fundamental skills to become a professional clown. From tightrope walking to playing various musical instruments and performing somersaults, his training was exhaustive and rigorous. His father not only taught him the necessary techniques, but also the philosophy of how to be funny every day and the importance of keeping the clown spirit alive.
International Career
At fifteen, Davis Vassallo was ready to take his talents to the international stage. His first experience abroad was in England with Billy Smart's Circus. This period was crucial to his professional development, allowing him to hone his skills and gain valuable experience in a different environment.
In time, Vassallo fulfilled one of his greatest dreams: performing in the charming old-fashioned circus " Il Florilegio ." This achievement was a high point in his career, cementing his reputation as a talented and dedicated clown.
Over the years, Davis Vassallo has worked in various countries, bringing his art to audiences around the world. His career includes performances in Norway with Cirkus Arnardo, as well as in Belgium, Germany and Italy. In addition to his work in circuses, he has also participated in television shows, expanding his reach and sharing his talents with a wider audience.
